Class Size: Limited to 16 participants

Looking to get stronger and refine your lifting form? Raise the Bar is a male and female lifting class centered on the three foundational powerlifts - bench press, back squat, and deadlift. Each day focuses on one major lift with accessory exercises designed to improve technique, build strength, and develop full-body control.

With a small class size for personalized coaching, you’ll gain confidence under the bar and the tools to progress safely. Participants are encouraged to attend two additional standard classes weekly to boost cardio and maximize results - all included in your membership.

This on-going program is perfect for anyone ready to push limits, improve form, and embrace true strength.
