Raise the Bar

Kickboxing Builders

Refine your strikes and combos through focus mitts and partner drills. A fun, progressive workout that challenges strength, rhythm, and coordination.

One tool, endless results. Build strength, endurance, and balance in this powerful 60-minute full-body class designed for every fitness level.

The Strength Factory is proud to partner with local organizations like Harbor City Roller Derby, helping athletes perform at their best through strength, stability, and teamwork.

We are a proud supporter of the UB/UBMS programs of St. Scholastica. Strength Factory donates two $250 scholarships to their graduates of the program.
